Role Description This is a full-time, remote role for an Executive Recruiter from a consultancy or target-based background.

The Executive

Recruiter will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for senior and specialist positions across diverse industries. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs, and providing consultative support on talent strategies and market trends.

Recruiter will create and manage job postings, leverage multiple platforms and networks for candidate outreach,



and maintain accurate recruitment pipelines and reports. Daily responsibilities also include meeting placement targets, coordinating interview schedules, negotiating offers, ensuring a professional candidate experience, and collaborating with internal teams to support business growth goals.

Qualifications

- Proven experience as an Executive Recruiter or Recruitment Consultant, preferably in a target-based consultancy environment.
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, talent acquisition, and end-to-end recruitment for senior and specialist roles.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships, understand business needs, and provide consultative recruitment support.
- Proficiency in using job boards, social media platforms, skilled networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and ATS/CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently, manage multiple requisitions, and meet performance targets.
- Experience working remotely and collaborating effectively with distributed teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices, market trends, and basic employment regulations is beneficial.
- Exposure to marketing, employer branding, or talent attraction strategies is a plus.
