Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage IT infrastructure, including computer systems, networks, and software applications.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for pharmaceutical industry standards (e.g. GxP).

- Provide technical support to users on system administration, troubleshooting, and maintenance tasks.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop solutions.

Job Requirements :

- 5-15 years of experience in IT management or related field.

- Robust knowledge of computer system validation (CSV) principles and practices.

- Experience with IT networking protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP etc. .

- Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations (GxP) is an asset.
