Position description:

Responsible for handling patients' questions, comments, and concerns.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Handle end to end patient’s process visiting the center.
- Patient greeting
- Patient registration
- Appointment management
- Queue / waiting time management
- Telephone handling (calling & receiving)
- Coordination – Patient, Doctor, Marketing team, Nurses, inter branches & departments.
- Follow-up – No shows, foreign patients, scans, google review etc
- Data entry & patient record management
- Feedback collection, feedback analysis
- Patient engagement – offer refreshments, send wishes on special occasions etc.
- ARTis updation
- Patient service quality
