Designation: Senior Analyst

Reporting to: Senior and Director

Geo to be supported: Global

Work timings – 11:30am to 8:00pm IST

Roles & responsibilities

BEPS Opportunity & Pricing Support

- Provide pricing support for BEPS Pillar Two compliance team in the Pricing process
- Monitor the functional mailbox, assess Member firm’s requests, and route opportunities to the appropriate Tax Reimagined and BEPS Center of Excellence professionals.
- Develop pricing files, coordinate required inputs, and manage the end-to-end pricing process for BEPS requests.
- Develop, communicate, apply, and monitor pricing strategies in alignment with business and commercial objectives.

Financial Analysis & Commercial Management

- Conduct financial analysis covering pricing, budgeting, forecastingto support strategic decision-making.
- Prepare clear commercial insights and management information to support leadership discussions on BEPS compliance and pricing decisions.
- Assist leadership & Team in managing overall requests and Pricing process by partnering with cross-functional teams

Activity Reporting & Database Management

- Maintain an accurate database of mailbox requests and track opportunity status, including wins, losses, and key follow-up actions.
- Update and maintain the credentials database to ensure relevant BEPS experience and opportunity information remains current.
- Maintain and manage fee databases, rate cards, contact lists, and other pricing-related repositories, with appropriate attention to data quality and consistency.
- Prepare periodic activity reports and dashboards that provide visibility into pipeline, outcomes, pricing activity, and commercial performance.

Stakeholder Coordination & Process Excellence

- Collaborate with BEPS professionals, engagement teams, finance, and other cross-functional stakeholders to obtain inputs, resolve queries, and progress pricing requests.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve pricing, reporting, and database-management processes.
- Promote consistent use of approved pricing approaches, templates, data sources, and governance requirements.

Educational qualifications

- University/bachelor’s degree required (preferably MBA)

Work experience

- A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a pricing coordinator, pricing analyst, commercial finance, financial analysis, or similar role.
- Experience in professional services, consulting, tax, finance, or comparable business environment is preferred.
- Experience supporting BEPS, tax, or compliance-related services is an advantage, but not essential.
- Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders, requests, and deadlines in a global or cross-functional setting.

Mandatory technical & functional skills

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret financial and commercial information.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and proficiency in PowerPoint and Word
- Experience developing, maintaining, and quality-checking pricing or commercial databases, trackers, rate cards, and reports.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and the ability to manage confidential business information appropriately.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with confidence in collaborating across teams and geographies.

Preferred technical & functional skills

- Basic understanding of BEPS Pillar Two.
- Project management, Lean Six Sigma, or process-improvement certification is an advantage.
- Experience improving or automating recurring pricing, reporting, or data-management processes.
