Job Location: Pune, India

Designation: HR Executive/Manager (depending on experience & qualification)

Educational Qualification:

Graduation:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.

Post Graduation:

Master's Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.

Work Experience:

Minimum: 1 Year

Maximum: 3 Year

Job Responsibilities:

- Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job ads,



screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support the performance management process, including tracking employee performance and assisting with performance reviews.
- Help organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide support in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work setting.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Assist in the implementation and management of HR technology solutions to streamline HR processes.
- Handle employee queries and provide support on HR-related matters.

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Basic understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
