- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and stock reports
- Track sell-through, ageing, markdowns, and size performance
- Create Purchase Orders and manage Article Master data
- Track orders (buy vs. intake vs. delivery) and highlight delays
- Coordinate with IT for data uploads, ERP queries & system issues
- Coordinate with Store teams for stock, sales & reporting accuracy
- Support planning & forecasting with data inputs
- Automate reports and dashboards wherever possible
Skills Required:
- Robust Excel (Pivot, Lookup, Power Query preferred)
- Exposure to ERP/BI systems (SAP/Power BI/Tableau preferred)
- Good understanding of retail data & SKU-level reporting
- Strong coordination & follow-up skills
