**Role Description The Executive–Exim role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. The individual in this role will manage import and export operations, including documentation, customs clearance processes, and coordination with international logistics partners and regulatory authorities.

Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable trade regulations, monitoring shipment schedules, maintaining accurate records, and supporting inventory planning related to imported and exported medical devices. The Executive–Exim will collaborate with internal teams such as supply chain, finance, and sales to optimize costs, reduce delays,



and maintain high service standards for domestic and international customers.

Qualifications

- Robust knowledge of export–import procedures, customs documentation, and international trade regulations.
- Minimum 3-5 years experience in import, export operations, coordinating with freight forwarders, customs house agents, and regulatory bodies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or inventory management systems for tracking orders and shipments.
- Ability to analyze logistics costs, timelines, and risks to support operational decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for working with internal teams and external partners.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
- Prior experience in Exim operations within healthcare, medical devices, or related regulated industries is an advantage.
- Relevant academic background such as a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Familiarity with quality standards and compliance requirements for medical devices is beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively, demonstrate integrity, and adapt to a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.
