Responsibilities: 1. Design search strategy using various databases like Scifinder, Patseer and Free database.
- Preparation of Literature report, Patent Evaluation Report (PER) and disclosure sheet.
- Preliminary infringement analysis for the strategies proposed by F&D;/NDDS.
- Patentability analysis for proposed invention.
- Supporting product selection activity by providing patent scenario for interested countries.
- Provide preliminary patent information for due diligence activity for the team-oriented product development.
- Provide IP support to marketing, regulatory affair, F&D; team 8. Maintain and Update CPL’s Patent Portfolio and Tracking post filing activity.
- Maintaining critical patent status monitoring sheet for respective project.
- Attending IP seminar.
