Requirements
- 4-8 years experience as a business analyst in financial services, with experience in client onboarding, KYC, or AML domain.
- Proven ability to elicit requirements from stakeholders and lead refinement with a delivery team for features/stories through solution design
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to push forward in a energetic and fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with SQL and contributing within an Agile environment (using Jira and Confluence), including collaborating with distributed teams across different time zones.
- Experience is AI Assisted tools will be advantageous.
