This is a full-time, in-person role in SILIGURI, West Bengal. You will need to be based in Siliguri or willing to move here.

We're not hiring someone to just manage a calendar. We're hiring the person who makes sure nothing the founder needs to personally handle ever falls through the cracks — and who's sharp enough to think, not just execute.

6Hues is an architecture and interior design studio. We work alongside two sister companies: Infrastyle Ventures (project and construction management) and Relay Automation (home automation and AV). You would sit next to the person running all three.

What you'll actually do, every day:

- Be with the founder through the working day — anticipate what he needs before he asks
- Own his calendar, appointments, and travel end-to-end
- Chase people down on his behalf and make sure things close, not just get "followed up on"
- Pull together research on anything, quick, and hand it over pre-digested, not as a pile of links
- Help track and push design projects so nothing sits waiting on a decision
- Handle sensitive information about clients, staff, and the business with total discretion — this is non-negotiable

Where you can genuinely stand out (huge plus, not required on day one):

- You can knock together a working tool, script, or automation using AI coding assistants ("vibe coding") — even if you're not a trained developer
- You can put together a clean presentation or graphic without being told exactly how




- You're the type who finishes online puzzles and IQ-style tests for fun

Who should apply:

- Sharp final-year students or recent grads who are hungry to learn and want responsibility fast (starting at ₹18,000/month), OR
- Experienced EAs/coordinators who are tired of being underused (up to ₹35,000/month, negotiable based on experience)
