About the Role

We are looking for a smart, confident, socially active and well-connected Executive Assistant to support the Director in day-to-day executive coordination, communication and relationship management.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with senior management, clients, business associates, professionals and external stakeholders. The person should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills and the ability to represent the Director's office professionally.

This is a people-oriented role and not limited to routine administrative or secretarial work.

Key Responsibilities

1. Executive Assistance

- Manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings and schedules.
- Coordinate meetings, calls and business discussions.
- Prepare presentations, documents, reports and meeting notes.
- Maintain an action tracker and ensure timely follow-up on commitments.

2. Social & External Coordination

- Act as a professional point of contact for the Director with selected external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with clients, business associates, vendors, professionals and other contacts.
- Assist the Director in maintaining and developing professional relationships.
- Attend selected business, corporate and social events with the Director when required.
- Coordinate invitations, meetings and networking engagements.
- Maintain professional contact records and follow up with relevant stakeholders.

3. Communication & Relationship Management

- Handle professional communication on behalf of the Director.
- Draft emails, messages, invitations and official correspondence.




- Maintain a warm and professional relationship with important contacts.
- Follow up with stakeholders after meetings and discussions.
- Ensure that important communications and commitments are not missed.

4. Management Coordination

- Coordinate with department heads and senior team members.
- Follow up on tasks assigned by the Director.
- Track pending approvals and significant business matters.
- Prepare daily/weekly status updates for management.
- Escalate important matters requiring the Director's attention.

5. Events & Engagements

- Assist in organising business meetings, corporate events and management engagements.
- Coordinate guest lists, invitations and event logistics.
- Assist in managing the Director's schedule around social and professional engagements.
- Support relationship-building activities with clients, partners and business associates.

- Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information.
- Able to maintain professionalism in formal as well as informal settings.

- Positive knowledge of MS Office.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Professional etiquette and business communication.
- Strong relationship-management skills.

Important Requirement We are specifically looking for a people-oriented EA who is socially confident and enjoys interacting with people. Candidates who prefer a purely back-office, desk-based secretarial role may not be suitable for this position.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
