Job Title: Executive Assistant to Director

Location: Delhi

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized, proactive and professional Executive Assistant to the Director to provide comprehensive administrative, operational and coordination support. The role requires excellent communication, robust follow-up skills, discretion and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced food industry environment.

:

- Calendar Management: Organize complex schedules, prioritize appointments and resolve booking conflicts.
- Communication: Screen phone calls, sort emails, draft correspondence and act as the first point of contact. Follow up with department heads on pending tasks, deadlines, production-related matters and management decisions.
- Meeting & Event Support: Prepare agendas, document accurate minutes, book venues and set up technical requirements.
- Information & Reporting: Build MIS reports, compile data spreadsheets, and create professional slide decks. Maintain confidential company, financial, operational and personnel information.
- Travel Logistics:



Coordinate complex domestic or international travel itineraries and process expense claims.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Follow up on pending action items with department heads on the Director's behalf.

Qualification:

· Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Food Technology, Commerce, or a related field.

· 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar role.

- Experience in the food industry, FMCG, manufacturing or related sector is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
