- Manage end-to-end dry port container transshipment workflows, optimizing dwell time and ensuring seamless transfer between rail rakes road feed and container yards
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries related to documentation vessel schedules custom clearance container availability and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate rail rake loading unloading sequences and dispatch schedules to ensure maximum capacity utilization and timely vessel feeder connections.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, Customs House Agents (CHA) transporters, rail operators, and customers for timely cargo movement.
- Handle documentation related to container arrivals, departures, detention, demurrage, and shipping line approvals.
- Prepare and maintained operational documentation, daily movement reports, container inventory reports, rail operation reports, and customer MIS reports.
- Provide updates and reports to customers and management.
- Track container movement from arrival to delivery and provided regular status updates to customers.
- Coordinate rail rake planning, container loading/unloading, and dispatch schedules to ensure timely operations.
Preferred candidate profile Candidates with relevant experience in CFS operations would be preffered.
