WE ARE HIRING – EX-SERVICEMAN CARETAKER

Location: Kolkata / As per requirement

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (Based on experience and suitability)

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

About the Role:

We are looking for a disciplined, responsible, trustworthy, and physically fit Ex-Serviceman to work as a Caretaker for our property.

The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of discipline, security, responsibility, and personal integrity and should be capable of independently managing the day-to-day upkeep and security of the premises.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take overall responsibility for the security, discipline, and day-to-day upkeep of the property.
- Regularly inspect the premises and ensure everything is safe, secure, and in proper condition.
- Monitor visitors, service personnel, vendors, and other entries to the property.
- Maintain visitor and movement records where required.
- Ensure proper opening, closing, locking, and security of rooms and premises.
- Coordinate and supervise housekeeping, maintenance, gardening, and other service activities.
- Monitor electricity, water supply, equipment, and general property conditions.
- Report any unusual activity, damage, repair requirement, or security concern immediately.
- Maintain basic records, registers, inventories, and daily reports.




- Handle emergencies calmly and take appropriate immediate action.
- Carry out other duties related to the care and protection of the property as assigned by management.

Candidate Profile: ✔ Ex-Serviceman preferred / required

✔ Disciplined, honest, sincere, and trustworthy

✔ Physically fit and alert

✔ Good observation and security awareness

✔ Capable of working independently

✔ Good communication and interpersonal skills

✔ Basic computer knowledge will be an advantage

✔ Willing to stay on the premises if required

Experience:

Candidates with previous experience in Security, Caretaking, Facility Management, Guest House, Residential Property, or Administrative Support will be preferred.
