Marketing | Field Marketing | Reports to Marketing Leadership
About This Role
We're looking for an Events Marketing Intern to support how we build awareness and demand for Xoxoday through events and webinars. This role exists to help create meaningful engagement with our target audience and support the team in turning that engagement into qualified pipeline.
You'll work closely with the field marketing team to support the planning and execution of campaigns, gaining hands-on exposure to how events and webinars are run end-to-end.
What You'll Do
Field Events & Webinars
- Support the planning and execution of field events and webinars aligned to campaign themes
- Help coordinate with vendors and manage logistics under guidance
- Assist with event execution from planning through post-event follow-up
Campaign Activation
- Support pre-event and post-event campaigns to help generate and nurture leads
- Partner with content and digital teams to help promote events across channels
- Help adapt messaging for target personas and regional context
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with the sales team on target account lists and follow-up support
- Work with product and marketing teams to understand campaign relevance
- Support coordination with agencies and external partners as needed
Performance & Reporting
- Help track event and webinar performance
- Support reporting on pipeline contribution and event outcomes
- Share observations and ideas for improving future campaigns
