Role summary

Own end-to-end event décor — concept to install to strike — so every venue looks on-brief, on-budget, and on-time.

Key responsibilities

- Translate event briefs into décor concepts, mood boards, and floor plans

- Source, hire, and manage vendors (florals, furniture, lighting, draping, props, print)

- Prepare décor budgets, quotes, and cost tracking; flag overruns early

- Lead site surveys, measurements, and load-in / load-out plans

- Supervise on-site install, styling, and quality checks before guest arrival

- Coordinate with catering, AV, entertainment, and venue teams on flow and safety

- Maintain décor inventory, rentals log, and vendor rate cards

- Capture photos/refs for a reusable look library

- Ensure compliance with venue rules, fire safety,



and client brand guidelines

Requirements

- 2–5+ years in event décor, experiential, hospitality, or wedding/production design

- Robust visual sense; comfortable with mood boards (Canva / Pinterest / similar)

- Vendor negotiation and on-ground crew management

- Budget ownership and calm problem-solving under time pressure

- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel for events

- Preferred: diploma/degree in design, hospitality, or related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
