Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Event Production Executive / Manager to manage the end-to-end production and on-ground execution of corporate events, conferences, MICE programs, exhibitions, product launches, annual days and other large-format events.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of event fabrication, technical production, vendor management and site execution, with the ability to convert approved concepts and designs into high-quality event setups.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle complete event production from planning to dismantling.
- Study event briefs, layouts and 3D designs and translate them into executable production plans.
- Coordinate fabrication of stages, backdrops, entrance arches, registration areas, photo booths, exhibition stalls, branding and décor.
- Manage LED screens, AV, lighting, sound, trussing, rigging, power and other technical requirements.
- Conduct venue recce and take accurate site measurements.
- Prepare production schedules, technical requirements and material lists.
- Source, negotiate and coordinate with fabricators, AV vendors, printers, rental agencies and other production partners.
- Obtain quotations, compare costs and maintain production budgets.
- Supervise fabrication workshops and ensure production matches approved designs and specifications.
- Manage event setup and dismantling teams at the venue.
- Coordinate with creative, client servicing, operations and venue teams.
- Ensure branding, dimensions, finishes and technical installations are executed correctly.




- Troubleshoot last-minute production and technical challenges during setup and live events.
- Maintain quality standards while meeting strict event timelines.
- Ensure safety procedures are followed during fabrication, rigging, electrical work and event installation.
- Manage multiple events and vendors simultaneously when required.

Candidate Requirements Experience: 3–7 years in event production, preferably with an event management, MICE, exhibition or experiential marketing agency.

Candidate should have

- Strong knowledge of event fabrication and production materials.
- Practical understanding of stages, LED, AV, sound, lighting, trussing and electrical requirements.
- Ability to understand 2D layouts, technical drawings and 3D event designs.
- Robust vendor network and negotiation skills.
- Good knowledge of event venues and production vendors in Bengaluru.
- Strong budgeting and cost-control skills.
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage overnight/event-day setups.
- Willingness to travel for events and projects.
- Strong ownership of projects from production planning through final execution.

Preferred Background Candidates currently working as Event Production Executive, Production Manager, Event Operations Manager, Technical Production Executive or Event Production Coordinator with an event/exhibition agency will be preferred.
