· Managing and growing Sunset Cinema Club’s presence in Hyderabad

· Working closely with existing venue partners for show planning and execution

· Coordinating with production vendors and manpower vendors

· Coordinating with brand partners in Hyderabad and ensuring brand deliverables are executed





· Ensuring the shows run smoothly and keeping accounts for each show

· In charge of the guest-list and ticketed customers lists

· Handling any customer queries during the event

· Creating recent growth opportunities in Hyderabad

· Keeping a close watch on costs and manage local vendors effectively

- Travel to other cities/locations as and when required by the company for project execution/ training.
- Corporate responsibilities including event listings on various platforms

Experience in executing and managing live events & manpower would be preferred.
