Role Description The Event Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The intern will support the planning, coordination, and execution of events and promotional activities related to solar products and services.

Day-to-day tasks include assisting with event logistics, coordinating with vendors and partners, managing event registrations, and providing on-site support during events. The intern will help with event communication, basic marketing activities, and follow-up with attendees and leads generated from events.



This role also involves maintaining event documentation, gathering feedback, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to ensure smooth event operations.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and customer service skills to interact professionally with attendees, partners, and internal teams.
- Event planning and event marketing skills to support the design, promotion, and execution of company events.
- Basic sales and lead-handling skills to assist in engaging prospects and capturing event-related opportunities.
- Ability to work on-site in Pune City, manage multiple tasks, and support events under time constraints.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar tools for scheduling, documentation, and report preparation.
- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Interest in renewable energy or solar sector; prior internship or project experience in events or marketing is an advantage.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in marketing, management, communications, or a related field.
