/n We have an opening for an EUC Onsite Support Engineer (EUC / Desktop / Network) on a Dispatch/Freelance basis across multiple locations in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

/n This is not a full time role. /n Job Responsibilities /n Provide onsite support for desktops and laptops.

/n Install and configure Windows operating systems.

/n Install and troubleshoot software applications.

/n Set up and replace desktops, laptops, monitors, keyboards, and other peripherals.

/n Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.

/n Support printers and scanners.

/n Help users with Microsoft Office and Outlook issues.

/n Perform IMAC activities (Install, Move, Add, and Change).

/n Replace hardware components such as RAM, SSDs, keyboards, and batteries.

/n Support user login and password issues.

/n Coordinate with remote support teams when required.

/n Update service tickets and submit site visit reports.

/n Basic Network Knowledge /n Basic understanding of IP Address, DHCP, DNS, and Subnet Mask.

/n Connect devices to wired and wireless networks.





/n Perform basic network troubleshooting.

/n Test and replace Ethernet cables.

/n Identify network port issues and coordinate with the network team.

/n Basic knowledge of switches and routers.

/n Requirements /n 4+ years of EUC/Desktop Support experience.

/n Good knowledge of Windows 10/11 and Microsoft Office.

/n Basic knowledge of computer hardware and networking.

/n Good communication and customer service skills.

/n Ability to travel to customer sites.
