Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Estimator to handle BOQ preparation, quantity take-offs, costing, rate analysis, and tender preparation for interior fit-out, furniture, and aluminium works. The role requires strong knowledge of interior materials, accurate estimation skills, and coordination with design, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely and competitive project quotations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for interior, furniture, and aluminium works.

- Prepare and review tender documents, quotations, and rate analysis.

- Analyze drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Projects, and Sales teams for estimation requirements.

- Obtain and compare material and subcontractor quotations.





- Ensure accurate costing and timely submission of tenders and quotations.

- Maintain estimation records and support project cost control.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

- 2+ years of experience in estimation/BOQ preparation, preferably in the interior, furniture, or aluminium industry.

- Good knowledge of BOQ, quantity take-off, costing, tender preparation, and rate analysis.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation software.

- Solid attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
