Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Executive to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations for interior projects. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of materials, costing, quantity calculations, and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations based on project drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
- Study drawings, layouts, designs, and project requirements to understand material and execution requirements.
- Calculate quantities of materials, manpower, fabrication, installation, transportation, and other project-related costs.
- Obtain and evaluate material and vendor rates for accurate costing.
- Coordinate with the Design, Procurement, Production, Project, and Sales teams for project requirements.
- Prepare BOQs and detailed estimation sheets.
- Compare vendor quotations and market rates to ensure competitive costing.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.




- Prepare commercial proposals and revise estimates based on client requirements.
- Maintain proper records of estimates, quotations, BOQs, and costing data.
- Follow up on pending information required for estimation and quotation preparation.
- Ensure estimates are accurate and submitted within project deadlines.
- Assist in preparing final costing and project budgets when required.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in Estimation / Costing / Quantity Surveying, preferably in the interior industry.
- Good knowledge of materials used in interior projects.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and layouts.
- Strong knowledge of quantity calculation and costing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant estimation tools.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Solid attention to detail.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple projects.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
