About the Role The Escalation Manager will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, manage project-related escalations, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure timely resolution while delivering an exceptional customer experience throughout the interior design project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Handle inbound and outbound customer escalation calls. Resolve customer complaints by coordinating with Design, Sales, Execution, CRM, and Operations teams. Track and update escalations in CRM.
Ensure timely resolution within defined TATs and SLAs. Keep customers informed throughout the resolution process. Prepare escalation reports and identify recurring issues for process improvement. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction. Eligibility & Skills Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Escalation Management, Customer Support, or Call Center Operations. Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Robust problem-solving, stakeholder management, CRM knowledge, and MS Office skills.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
