Job Summary

The Project Leader delivers projects that drive strategic improvements across ESC, ensures efficient execution through collaboration and innovative ways of working and leads projects end-to-end while engaging stakeholders to achieve results.

Responsibilities

- Deliver projects end-to-end with clear scope and effective control across time, cost, and quality within defined guardrails.

- Engage stakeholders to support delivery through clear communication and alignment.

- Ensure governance and control by managing risks, maintaining documentation, and escalating key issues with mitigation actions.

- Align project outcomes to business goals, track perks, and support sustainable adoption.

- Foster strong team collaboration, apply suitable methodologies, and drive continuous improvement in delivery practices.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or higher in supply chain, engineering, business, or a related field with minimum 5+ years of project management experience

- Minimum 7+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement, planning logistics,



engineering, manufacturing operations, network with 3+ years in a leadership role

- Advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) and Agile delivery (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe) are required.

Additional Qualifications

- Experience with AI, digital transformation, or emerging technologies in project delivery

- Proven ability to lead end-to-end projects across Agile and Waterfall environments and manage risks

- Strong problem-solving skills to analyse processes and drive improvements

- Effective communication and collaboration with diverse, cross-functional stakeholders
