Position: ERP Product Manager / Product & Technology Contractor

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced ERP Product Manager / Product & Technology Contractor with strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials , particularly AP, Fixed Assets, Tax, GL, and OTBI. The ideal candidate should have experience building products and taking new projects from scratch, with strong exposure to AI-driven product development, enterprise applications, integrations, and Finance/ERP technology.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead product initiatives from ideation and requirements through design, implementation, deployment, and stabilization .
- Drive end-to-end ERP implementation and transformation initiatives.
- Work closely with Finance, Tax, Engineering, Product, and implementation partners to translate business requirements into scalable technology solutions.
- Prepare BRDs, PRDs, user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and acceptance criteria .
- Define and track KPIs, success metrics, business outcomes, and operational improvements .
- Drive AI-enabled product development and identify opportunities for AI/LLM, automation, analytics, and data solutions .




- Create product designs and prototypes using Figma, Lovable, Vibe, or similar tools .
- Work with enterprise applications and integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Oracle PaaS, APIs, or similar platforms .
- Support product strategy, roadmap definition, solution design, testing, deployment, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials , including AP, Fixed Assets, Tax, GL, and OTBI .
- Proven experience as a Product Manager who has built products from scratch .
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, and technology solutions .
- Robust hands-on experience preparing PRDs and product designs .
- Good understanding of AI/LLMs and AI-driven product development .
- Experience with Figma, Lovable, Vibe, or similar product design/prototyping tools .
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and execution skills.
- Experience with Finance/Tax technology or Oracle Cloud programs is preferred.
- Exposure to Big Four consulting or large global enterprises is preferred.
