You will work in our Implementation and Support team to deliver high-quality customer service to our clients, and learn about the entire post-sales process.
Responsibilities
Implementation Training :
- Project Implementation from Kick-Off to Go Live
- Requirement Gathering Business Process Mapping
- System Setup, Configuration Implementation
- FRD Documentation
- End-User Training
Helpdesk Support Activities :
- Attend to Inbound Outbound Helpdesk requests via Email Phone etc
- Post Implementation Support
- Ability to develop loyal, ongoing relationships with customers
- Maintain high degree of customer engagement and satisfaction
- Responsible for retention and up-selling to current clients
- Diligently follow-up on renewal of Annual Maintenance Plans
- You may visit clients onsite for implementation and training on new projects as well as for existing clients
Basic Requirements
- High degree of technical competency with computer systems and software
- B.Com Freshers with solid accounting language
- Solid foundational accounting knowledge
- 0-6 years of experience in the ERP domain
- Preferably worked in ERP Helpdesk or implementation
- Languages: English (read, write, and speak), Bengali (speak), Hindi (speak)
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Bachelor's degree (Commerce)
- Must be located in Kolkata
