Role Summary

We are looking for a 4+ years ERP implementation/support, with mandatory hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience. Support configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of the organization's ERP system(s), keeping finance, procurement, project costing, and property-management workflows reliable across active master-community developments.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure ERP modules (finance/GL, procurement, project costing, inventory, or as assigned)

- Gather requirements from finance, procurement, and construction teams and translate them into ERP configuration

- Support data migration, integration, and reconciliation across ERP, Salesforce, and property-management systems

- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate with vendor support where needed

- Maintain functional documentation and training material for end users

- Support month-end/quarter-end close processes and project cost-reporting tied to ERP workflows

- Support sukuk/financing and investor-reporting data flows where relevant

Tech Stack

- ERP platform: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O;)

- Modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement, Project Costing/Construction, Inventory

- Integration: middleware/ESB, REST/SOAP web services, batch/ETL jobs

- Reporting: ERP native reporting, Power BI for finance/ops dashboards

- Data tools: SQL, Excel/Power Query for reconciliation and migration

Cutting-Edge AI Skills

- Exposure to AI-assisted document processing (invoice/PO extraction, contract data capture) feeding ERP

- Supporting AI-driven variance/exception detection in finance and procurement data





- Comfort working alongside AI Engineers building reporting or forecasting assistants on top of ERP data

Business Domain Exposure

- The organization is a large-scale master real estate developer delivering mixed-use residential, commercial, and hospitality communities across multiple master-planned developments, alongside affiliated retail, wellness/fitness, food & beverage, hospitality, education, and property-management operating brands.

- ERP support for real-estate development finance: project costing, contractor payments, procurement for construction

- Property-management and facilities finance workflows for delivered communities

- Coordination with Salesforce for payment-milestone and invoicing data consistency

- Awareness of real-estate sector reporting needs (project P&L;, cost-to-complete, investor/sukuk reporting)

Must-Have Requirements

- Mandatory: hands-on Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience (Finance & Operations and/or Business Central)

- Understanding of core finance/procurement/project-costing business processes

- Experience with ERP integrations and data migration

- Solid analytical and documentation skills

- Ability to work with distributed, cross-time-zone teams

Nice to Have

- Experience integrating ERP with Salesforce or custom platforms

- Relevant ERP certification

- Real-estate, property, or construction-sector ERP experience

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹150,000.00 per month
