About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Technical Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Cloud solutions.

The candidate will be responsible for technical development, implementation, customization, integrations, application support, automation, and maintenance of Oracle EPM applications. The role involves close collaboration with functional consultants, business users, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, configure, and maintain Oracle EPM Cloud applications.
- Work on technical development and customization across EPM modules.
- Develop and maintain Data Integration / Data Management processes.
- Create and maintain mappings, business rules, data loads, and validations.
- Develop Calculation Manager rules and business rules.
- Manage application configuration, metadata, dimensions, and hierarchies.
- Develop Groovy scripts for automation and custom EPM requirements.
- Use Smart View for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
- Perform application migrations using LCM / EPM Migration tools.
- Develop and maintain integrations using REST APIs and EPM Automate.
- Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, application issues, and performance problems.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and post-production activities.
- Prepare technical documentation for configurations, integrations,



and customizations.
- Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Provide production support and resolve technical incidents within agreed timelines.

Required Skills

- 5+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with one or more EPM modules:
- Planning
- FCCS
- EPBCS
- ARCS
- PCMCS
- Tax Reporting
- Strong experience with Data Integration / Data Management.
- Experience with Calculation Manager and Business Rules.
- Hands-on experience with Groovy scripting.
- Experience with Smart View.
- Knowledge of LCM / EPM Migration.
- Experience with REST APIs and EPM Automate.
- Good understanding of Oracle EPM architecture.
- Knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
- Strong understanding of data loads, mappings, metadata management, validations, and integrations.

Good to Have

- Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Knowledge of Essbase.
- Experience in EPM automation and scripting.
- Exposure to CI/CD or DevOps practices.
- Experience across both implementation and production support projects.

- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to work from the client office 2–3 days per week.
- Comfortable working 9:00 AM–6:00 PM IST.
- Candidates available to join within a short notice period will be preferred.

Important Requirement F2F interview is mandatory for the final round. Candidates should be comfortable attending the final interview at the client location.
