As an EPM - ARCS - Associate, you will specialize in consulting services for Oracle enterprise performance management solutions, collaborating with clients to assess their needs and design Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be part of a dynamic team that helps clients optimize operational efficiency through business application consulting. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagements, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work.
You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Collaborating with clients to assess and address their performance management needs using Oracle technologies
- Designing and implementing Oracle-based solutions for budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and reporting
- Providing training and support to facilitate seamless integration and utilization of Oracle enterprise performance management tools
- Analyzing client needs to optimize operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives
- Conducting business process analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhance financial planning and analysis processes
- Developing and maintaining performance reports to track key performance indicators and operational performance
- Engaging in strategic data analysis to inform financial advising and planning activities
- Supporting the creation of budgets and financial forecasts to drive profitability management
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) for strategic data analysis and reporting
- Participating in resource allocation and cost management to improve organizational effectiveness
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Accounting & Finance, Finance, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration/Management
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Enterprise Performance Management or related Oracle EPM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE)
- Utilizing skills in Account Reconciliation and Financial Planning
- Applying strategic data analysis for performance management
- Engaging in business process analysis and optimization models
- Developing communication and teamwork skills in client support environments
