Role Description The Entry Level Recruitment Manager will support end-to-end recruitment activities for the US process during the night shift, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

Responsibilities include maintaining candidate databases, updating recruitment trackers, and ensuring timely communication with applicants. The role involves learning and applying recruitment best practices, understanding client requirements, and contributing to the improvement of hiring strategies. Freshers are welcome and will receive guidance and training from senior team members.

This is a full time,



on-site role based in the Kolkata metropolitan area, requiring regular night shift availability and a strong commitment to team and client success.
