Role Description The Entry Level Resource Manager – Night Shift – US Process role is a full-time, on-site position based in the Kolkata metropolitan area.

The Resource

Manager will support staffing operations for US-based clients by identifying suitable candidates, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate resource allocation records. Daily responsibilities include reviewing job requirements, screening profiles, updating internal trackers, and communicating with team members to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions. The role also involves learning and following standardized processes, participating in training sessions, and providing basic consulting support to match candidate skills with client needs.



Freshers are welcome and will receive guidance to develop skills in resource management and client servicing.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to review requirements, assess candidate profiles, and support data-driven resource decisions.
- Candidates should possess Resource Management abilities to track availability, allocate talent to roles, and coordinate staffing for US process night shift operations.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with candidates, internal teams, and stakeholders in a explicit, professional manner.
- Candidates should possess Training and Consulting capabilities to learn internal processes quickly, support onboarding, and assist in matching candidate strengths with client needs.
- Ability to work comfortably in night shifts aligned with US business hours.
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and basic computer skills (MS Office, email, online tools).
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; prior internship or exposure to staffing, HR, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
