Role: Enterprise PMO & Change Lead

Experience: 12 Years+

Role & responsibilities :

Enterprise Portfolio Governance

- Establish and lead enterprise portfolio management processes, ensuring alignment of programs and projects with business and technology strategy.
- Drive prioritization, resource allocation, dependency management, and risk mitigation across the transformation portfolio.
- Provide executive-level portfolio insights, recommendations, and decision support to leadership teams.

Financial Planning & Value Realization

- Own the annual IT and transformation budgeting process, including planning, forecasting, financial tracking, and investment governance.
- Monitor project and program spend, ensuring budget adherence and optimal resource utilization.
- Track perks realization and value delivery against approved business cases.

Vendor & Contract Management

- Lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, renewals, and commercial governance for key technology and consulting partners.
- Manage vendor performance through defined KPIs, SLAs, and governance forums.
- Drive cost optimization and value realization while ensuring contract compliance.

Organizational Change Management

- Develop and execute enterprise-wide change management strategies for major business and digital transformation initiatives.
- Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, adoption planning, and business readiness activities.
- Establish change impact assessments and adoption metrics to maximize transformation success.

PMO Excellence & Delivery Assurance

- Define and implement PMO standards, methodologies, governance frameworks,



and project controls.
- Ensure consistent project execution, reporting, issue management, and escalation practices across the organization.
- Drive continuous improvement of portfolio management and delivery processes.

Executive Reporting & Decision Support

- Develop executive dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and portfolio health reporting.
- Provide timely insights on portfolio performance, risks, dependencies, financial status, and strategic outcomes.
- Support executive steering committees and governance boards with data-driven recommendations.

Experience & Qualifications

- 12+ years of experience in PMO, portfolio management, transformation, or program leadership roles.
- Proven experience leading large-scale business and digital transformation programs.
- Strong background in budgeting, financial governance, vendor management, and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrated expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Experience working with executive leadership and cross-functional global teams.
- PMP, ASANA, MSP, PRINCE2, Prosci or equivalent certification preferred.
