Responsibilities
- Manage, organize, and maintain aerospace engineering documents, technical publications, and airframe-related content within Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems.
- Support document lifecycle management, including creation, review, revision control, approval workflows, and archival processes.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace industry standards, regulatory requirements, and document control procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, manufacturing, and quality teams to manage and track airframe-related documentation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience working in a global delivery setting and supporting large-scale engineering documentation programs.
Requirements
- 2-6 years of experience in Enterprise Content Management (ECM) or Document Management Systems (DMS).
- Experience with ECM platforms such as OpenText, Documentum, Windchill, Teamcenter, SharePoint, or similar solutions.
- Understanding of aerospace documentation standards, engineering change management, and configuration management processes.
- Familiarity with airframe engineering documents, technical drawings, BOMs, specifications, and certification records.
- Knowledge of version control, workflow management, and document governance practices.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and reporting/dashboard creation.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Technology
