Key Requirements
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons in English, aligned with IGCSE, ICSE and ISC curricula
- Design and implement assessments that promote inquiry and critical thinking.
- Ability to explain complex ideas in a clear, engaging and relatable manner for students.
- Deeply passionate about the subject and brings an infectious energy to classroom interactions.
- Serve as a mentor and guide, encouraging independent thinking and academic discipline.
- Participate actively in school life, student mentoring, pastoral care, and extracurricular initiatives.
- Stay abreast of latest developments in the subject.
Qualifications & Competencies:
- Postgraduate degree in English with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) from a recognised institution.
- Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary school level.
- Prior exposure to boarding school environments is desirable
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
