We are looking for an Engineering Sourcer who can quickly understand engineering and manufacturing job requirements and identify qualified candidates in a fast-paced staffing environment. The ideal candidate is highly organized, communicates effectively, thrives in a speed-driven environment, and is eager to learn recent technologies, roles, and industries.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify engineering, technical, and manufacturing talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other sourcing channels.
- Review job descriptions to understand key skills, qualifications, and target profiles.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
- Partner closely with recruiters to drive submission activity and meet hiring goals.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and provide timely updates on sourcing progress.
Requirements
- 1-3 years experience sourcing engineering, manufacturing, industrial, technical, or skilled trade professionals.
- Strong understanding of engineering roles, manufacturing environments, and technical terminology.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter experience.
- Experience building and maintaining candidate pipelines in a staffing environment is preferred.
