We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager – Data Engineering to lead multiple data engineering squads and drive enterprise-scale data platform initiatives.
? KEY REQUIREMENTS
- 10–15+ years in Data Engineering
- 3–5+ years of Engineering/Data Engineering leadership
- Solid hands-on experience with Data bricks
- Data bricks Workspace, Delta Lake, DLT, Unity Catalog, Workflows & Auto Loader
- Strong expertise in PySpark, Spark SQL, Python & SQL
- ETL/ELT & Medallion Architecture
- Batch & Streaming Data Pipelines
- Azure/AWS cloud experience
- Enterprise-scale data platform development
- Experience leading 20+ member teams / multiple squads
- Strong Agile delivery, stakeholder & project management skills
- End-to-end delivery ownership
- Banking / Financial Services experience highly preferred
