Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software products using agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, prioritize tasks, and develop technical roadmaps.

- Ensure timely delivery of projects by monitoring progress against milestones and identifying potential roadblocks.

- Develop robust relationships with clients through effective communication, stakeholder management, and issue resolution.

Job Requirements :

- 13-19 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting industry as an Engineering Manager or similar role.

- Strong understanding of .NET, Java, Python programming languages.

- Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously using Agile frameworks like Scrum or Kanban.
