Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of engineers to design, develop, test, and deploy scalable microservices architecture using Python.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

- Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of the system by implementing monitoring tools such as Kafka.

- Develop data pipelines using NoSQL databases for real-time data processing.

Job Requirements :

- 10-15 years of experience in software development with expertise in Python programming language.

- Robust understanding of microservices architecture and its implementation challenges.

- Experience working with Kafka messaging systems for building distributed applications.

- Proficiency in developing scalable databases using NoSQL technologies.
