Job Profile:

1. Qualification & Experience:

- B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 10+ Years of experience in API / Chemical / Pharma industry.

- Must have worked in EU-GMP / USFDA approved plant.

1. Regulatory & Documentation:

- Must have solid experience in documentation and audit facing (USFDA, EU-GMP, MHRA).

- Hands-on experience in preparation and execution of URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ.

- Experience in preparation of SOPs, Calibration Protocols, and related engineering documents.

3. Team Handling:

- Must have experience in handling a maintenance team of minimum 20-30 employees.

- Manpower planning, shift handling, and training of subordinates.

Technical

Expertise - Must have knowledge of:

- Brine Chiller & Chiller System

- Boiler

- HVAC System





- Purified Water System (PW, WFI)

- Utility Equipment

5.

Preventive

Maintenance:

- Preparation of Preventive Maintenance Schedule and its effective execution.

- Breakdown maintenance, calibration management, and spare parts management.

- To ensure minimum downtime of all utility and process equipment.

- Skills Required: USFDA Audit, EU-GMP, URS/DQ/IQ/OQ/PQ, Preventive Maintenance, Team Leadership, Boiler, Chiller, HVAC, Water System.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
