Job Title: Engineering Analyst, Associate. /n Role Responsibilities: /n • Support the design, setup, and implementation of technical solutions based on client /n and business needs. /n • Work with project leads and other teams to understand, clarify, and document /n business and technical requirements. /n • Create and maintain data mapping documents, implementation guides, processes, /n and best practices. /n • Analyze client data to create solution design, data mapping, and integration /n requirements. /n • Perform data quality checks to ensure data is accurate, complete, and follows /n required specifications. /n • Work on system configuration, testing, and client User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and /n help identify and resolve issues. /n • Identify requirements or client requests that are outside the agreed project scope /n and communicate them to the appropriate teams. /n • Work with engineering, product, implementation, and other teams to investigate and /n resolve data, integration, and production issues. /n • Complete assigned tasks and project deliverables accurately and on time to meet /n project milestones. /n • Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, dependencies, and issues, and /n escalate concerns when needed. /n • Help improve implementation processes, documentation, tools, and best practices to /n make future projects more efficient. /n • Build robust working relationships with internal teams through clear communication, /n collaboration, and accountability. /n • Follow all applicable privacy, security, data protection,



and HIPAA policies and /n procedures. /n Skills: /n • Analytical Skills: Possess a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to solving /n problems. /n /n

- Troubleshooting: Ability to investigate issues and deliver root cause analysis.

- Adaptability: Show eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

- Data Analysis & Excel: Proficiency in Excel and working with data files, including data
