- preferred Key Responsibilities

1. RFQ Handling

- FEASIBILITY CHECK - Review and analyze RFQs, engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements to ensure complete understanding of project scope.
- Capture order type (NON-PED, PED, TPI, API, etc.)
- Evaluate manufacturing feasibility, including process selection (in-house/outsource), tooling requirements, and gauge availability.
- Identify and capture all testing requirements based on material specifications and customer standards.
- Define and validate the optimum Bill of Materials (BOM), including the currently available BOM and identification of heat treatment requirements.
- Calculate input weight and finish weight for components.
- Estimate and provide testing costs, including test piece costs.
- Provide current market rates for raw materials.
- Provide surface area or coating cost for coated parts.
- Identify suitable coating suppliers as per customer requirements.




- In case of a third-party inspection, provide third-party charges, including testing and test piece charges.
- If outsourcing is required, provide the outsourcing charges and the name of the outsourcing party.
- Fill out the feasibility form for non-standard, special, or unique parts that have not been manufactured previously.

2. TCRS Preparation

- Check whether there are any changes in drawings and specifications or any additional requirements compared to what was provided at the RFQ stage.
- Capture material specification, material grade, other compliances, testing requirements, certification requirements, marking requirements, and surface treatment requirements in the ERP system.
- Capture Customer Specification & Information.

3. Drawing Preparation

- Prepare an internal drawing in AutoCAD 2021 as per the customer's drawing/requirement.
- Capturing the dimensional reference standard, coating, and marking requirements.
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales technical support
- Maintain documentation such as drawings, datasheet, and reports

4. Conversion Convert stock from one item code to another item code when both items have similar requirements in the ERP system.5. Checking RM availability for special grade materials after receipt of the PO.6. Coordinate with design, production and sales teams for project execution Key Skills Required

- Solid technical knowledge in mechanical engineering
- Ability to read and in interpret engineering drawings and specifications
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and customer-handling skills
- Proficiency in tools like AutoCAD/SolidWorks
- Basic understanding of costing and commercial aspects
- Project coordination skills
