- NPI & Launch Readiness: Lead service readiness for recent product launches/upgrades (ensuring service manuals, special tools, training, and spare parts readiness prior to launch).
- Program Management: Plan and execute service improvement programs, field retrofits, warranty campaigns, and update programs.
- Advanced Documentation: Manage lifecycle documentation including Operation & Maintenance Manuals, service advisories, and spare parts catalogs.
- Quality & Reliability: Provide service inputs into DFMEA/PFMEA sessions, lead critical field issue escalations, and drive CAPA with R&D;/Manufacturing.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Interface between R&D;, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Field Teams to ensure operational readiness and customer uptime.
