Some Significant Responsibilities of R&D; Engineer :

 Study customer drawings, specifications and NPD requirements.

 Identify tooling requirements for tube bending, forming, sizing, punching and other manufacturing processes.

 Design and develop tooling using SolidWorks or equivalent 3D CAD software.

 Prepare 3D models, 2D manufacturing drawings and tooling specifications.

 Coordinate with internal team and external suppliers for tooling development.

 Follow up tooling manufacturing against development schedules.

 Conduct tooling trials and evaluate tool performance.

 Identify dimensional / process issues and modify tooling accordingly.

 Support prototype and sample development activities.





 Work closely with shop-floor operators and technicians during trials.

 Support process improvement through tooling optimization.

 Maintain tooling drawings, revisions and technical documentation.

 Support Quality and Production during validation and first-off production.

 Ensure tooling readiness before committed sample submission dates.

 Support successful production handover after NPD completion.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
