Job Purpose The Planning Engineer will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules to ensure timely completion of real-estate and construction projects. The role involves coordination with site teams, consultants, contractors, procurement, and management to track project progress and identify potential delays.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare the project Baseline Schedule, WBS, and activity-wise programs.

- Monitor actual project progress against planned targets.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.

- Develop and maintain Look-Ahead Schedules and recovery programs.

- Identify delays, slippages, and activities affecting the project critical path.

- Coordinate with construction, design, procurement, MEP, QA/QC, and subcontractor teams.

- Track manpower, material, equipment, and productivity against project requirements.

- Review and update contractor/subcontractor schedules.

- Prepare S-curves, progress dashboards, histograms,



and productivity reports.

- Conduct schedule variance and delay analysis and highlight corrective actions.

- Assist in preparation of EOT claims and delay analysis when required.

- Participate in project progress meetings and prepare MOM/action trackers.

- Coordinate with procurement teams to monitor material delivery dates against project requirements.

- Maintain accurate records of planned versus actual progress.

- Provide regular schedule updates and management reports to the Project Manager.

- Support project teams in achieving cost, quality, and time objectives
