Role & responsibilities To Supervise the paint shop and enforce the quality of all painting and surface- finishing work so that every machine tool leaves the works with a consistent , high class appearance and durable corrosion protection .
Preferred candidate profile
1. First Pass quality / paint reject rate - Reduce rework & re-coating due to preparation or application defects.
2. DFT & adhesion conformance - % of jobs meetings the 80-20 DFT rules and adhesion class first time
3. Customer & third party inspection clearance- Painting cleared without major observations
4. On time completion of paint -shop schedule
5. Material yield / wastage
6. safety
7. Records completeness
