An Electrical MEP Engineer is responsible for the design, planning, execution, and maintenance of electrical systems in construction projects.
This includes power distribution, lighting, fire alarm systems, and coordination with mechanical and plumbing services to ensure smooth project delivery.
Prepare electrical layouts, single-line diagrams (SLD), and load calculations
Design power distribution systems, lighting systems, earthing, and lightning protection
Review drawings and ensure compliance with standards and project requirements
Conduct testing of electrical systems (cables, panels, transformers, etc.)
Ensure proper commissioning of systems like HT/LT panels, DG sets, UPS, etc.
