As a Power Apps Developer, you will work across Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Azure to deliver high-quality digital solutions that improve productivity, reliability, and business experiences.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and technical teams to understand requirements, design solutions, develop applications, and continuously improve the Power Platform environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Power Apps solutions according to organizational standards and best practices.
- Develop Model-Driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Design and implement Dataverse tables, relationships, business rules, views, forms, business process flows, and security models.
- Develop and maintain Power Automate cloud flows for business process automation and system integrations.




- Develop Power Pages solutions and configure appropriate authentication, permissions, and security.
- Develop custom functionality using JavaScript, C#, plugins, custom APIs, and Power Platform extensions where required.
- Integrate Power Platform solutions with external applications and services using REST, OData, and SOAP APIs .
- Implement secure authentication and authorization using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), OAuth, and role-based access control .
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization for Power Apps and Dataverse solutions.
- Design solutions with reliability, scalability, security, maintainability, and reusability in mind.
- Implement appropriate logging, monitoring, and instrumentation to improve application supportability.
- Create and maintain automated test strategies for Power Platform solutions.
- Identify and remediate security vulnerabilities and ensure solutions follow organizational security standards.
- Implement Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) using solutions, environments, source control, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Configure and maintain deployment pipelines for Power Platform solutions.
- Work with development, test, UAT, and production environments and follow established deployment processes.
- Collaborate with architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and other development teams.
- Mentor junior developers and promote Power Platform development best practices.
- Identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automated and scalable Power Platform solutions.
- Promote reusable components, common data models, and standardized development practices across teams.

ALL YOU’LL NEED FOR SUCCESS:

- Minimum Qualifications – Education & Prior Job Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
- 3+ years of experience developing and implementing enterprise software solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Platform .
- Strong experience with Dataverse and Power Platform solution architecture.




- Experience with Power Automate and business process automation.
- Experience developing Model-Driven Apps and/or Canvas Apps .
- Experience with Power Platform integrations and customizations.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Experience working with enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform implementations.
- Experience with Power Pages .
- Experience implementing Power Platform ALM and CI/CD .
- Experience with Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
- Experience with enterprise application integration.
