Responsibilities

1

Product design, development & validation of Interior parts like door trims , Pillar Trims , Headliners ..

CAD preparation, 3 D annotation, TPL creation, DML releases

DCR creation along with change part list

4

Benchmarking & Tear-down

5

Cost reduction & cost management

6

Added advantage if having Mold flow experience

7

Must have worked on Mounting startegy , master sections , packaging feasibility , Manufacturing & Assembly feasibility of Interior Trims parts

Product design, freezing layout & packaging

9

Release RFQ, with technical inputs & product characteristics

10

Co-ordination with supplier, finalizing technical scope, preparing synopsis

Interaction with various department

Preparation of Design Guidelines

DML release through PLM TCE & TCUA

13

Line tryouts of proposals to address issues in current & upcoming programs
