Test Program Development/Maintenance.

- Test, debug, and optimize ICT test programs (using tools like Keysight./Agilent 3070, TeraDyne. SPEA, etc.) Develop FPT/Flying Probe programs (SPEA, Takaya, Seica, etc.) for tx)ards not suited to bed-of-nails fixtures
- Verify test coverage based on schematics, BOM, Gerber files, and netlists
- Write/modify functional test (FCT) scripts as needed

2. Fixture & Hardware Design Support Coordinate design of ICT bed-of-nails fixtures with fixture vendors Define probe test pads, and DFT (Design for Testability) requirements Review PCB layouts with design/NPl teams for testability before mass production Validate fixture wiring, probe pressure, and pin mapping

- New Product Introduction (NPI) Support Participate in DFM/DFT reviews during development Build test cnverage strategy (ICT vs FPT vs FCT) based on product complexity, volume, and test Run first article inspection (FAI) and pilot builds Debug and correlate failures between test stages
- Production Support Troubleshoot test failures on the line (false calls, real defects, program bugs) Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring failures (solder defects, issues, programming errors) Optimize test cycle time to meet production throughput targets Maintain and calibrate test equipment, fixtures, and probes




- Quality & Data Analysis Analyze test yield data (FPY — First Pass Yield) and drive continuous improvement Generate SPC (Statistical Process Control) reports for test failures Correlate ICTIFPT failures with AOI, X-ray, and SPI data Support 8D/CAPA processes for customer-reported issues
- Documentation & Compliance Maintain test specifications, work instructions, and change logs Ensure test processes comply with IPC standards and customer requirements Manage program revision (version cnntrol for test
- Cross-functional Collaboration Work with NPI, Process, Quality, and Manufacturing Engineering teams Liaise with customers on test coverage sign-off and DFT feedback Train production operators on test equipment operation and basic troubleshooting Key Skills/T001s Often Required Test platforms: Keysight 3070, SPEA, Takaya, TeraDyne, Seica Programming: C/C , Basic, Python (for scripting/automation) Reading schematics, BOM, Gerber, and IPC netlist files Familiarity with SMT process, soldering defects, and comgX)nent technology Knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-OOI standards
