We are looking for an experienced EMS/NMS Developer to develop and maintain network management products, support customers and field issues, improve product quality, and drive automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain EMS/NMS products.
- Handle customer interfacing and field issue support.
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues.
- Improve product quality, reliability and automation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams for issue resolution.
Required Skills
- Strong Core Java, Spring Boot and JavaScript.
- Hands-on experience with MySQL/MariaDB and Hibernate.
- Knowledge of REST, NETCONF, VES and SNMP.
- Positive understanding of Linux, Docker and Kubernetes.
- Knowledge of OpenStack and AWS.
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Understanding of IP, TCP/IP, network packets and Wireshark.
- Knowledge of High Availability (HA).
Ideal Candidate
Candidates with strong Java-based EMS/NMS development experience, networking knowledge and hands-on troubleshooting skills will be preferred.
